Welcome to a personal blog for my professional development.

In 2024 I completed Aurora – the HE Leadership Programme where I started my blogging journey. Now I want use this as a place where I can reflect on my wider professional development, especially relating to digital education and training skills. Most recently I’ve posted about my HEA Fellowship Application which I submitted in April 2025.
